General Conditions
Hotel accommodation
The selected hotels have limited capacities. It is recommended to make your hotel booking as early as possible. If the desired hotel/category is already fully booked, MCI Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to arrange accommodation in another hotel/category. All changes and cancellations are to be made in writing and addressed solely to MCI Deutschland GmbH. In case of partial or full cancellation of the hotel reservation until 13/03/2015 (except of Estrel and Park Hotel Blub 16/12/2014), a handling fee of € 40,– per person will be charged. Thereafter and until 30/03/2015 (except of Estrel and Park Hotel Blub 03/03/2015), 50% of the cancelled hotel nights will be charged and one night as a minimum. In case of no-show all booked hotel nights will be charged. The right to the booked hotel room expires the following day at 9 am local time. A € 30,– handling fee per person will be charged for changes in hotel reservations. The hotel is reliable for damages if the reserved room is not made available. To secure adequate overnight capacities, hotel rooms for the meeting had to be contracted long time in advance. Hotels may publish online or last-minute promotion rates for a limited number of rooms which may vary from the prices contracted for the meeting.
